Music streaming service ROCKI launches the world’s first platform for selling music NFT tokens.
New opportunities for musicians
ROCKI, a music streaming service, has launched its own NFT platform for selling music tokens. Here, musicians will be able to create their own tracks in the form of NFT and immediately sell them to everyone.
“The NFT music market is accessible to all music lovers, regardless of budget. We expect that hundreds of thousands of music NFTs will be sold by music lovers, who will then actively exchange them in the secondary market, ” explains Bjorn Niklas, CEO and co-founder of ROCKI.
Thanks to the technology partner Bounce. finance, a decentralized auction protocol that enables the integration of ROCKI NFT into the Binance Smart Chain, more than 300 Music NFT offers have already been created. The first participants of the platform were the electronic band BLONDE: ISH, DJ Nick Warren and others.

“NFT is an exciting new way to attract fans. These NFTs will hopefully take the music world to the next level. It reminds me of the old days when everything was controlled by the DJ and the fans. It feels like we’re back in uncharted territory. I can’t wait to immerse myself in this world,” says Nick Warren.
Artists choose NFT and get rich fast
The idea of digitizing music tracks is not new. Earlier, the winner of the Grammy 2020 Al Walzer auctioned 999 copies of the new album on the Raible platform for $2,500 each. In addition, the performer is ready to present a black flag with the inscription AL Walser to the one who offers the highest price for the NFT token at the auction.
Multi-platinum hip-hop artist Tori Lanez also put up for sale 3 new unreleased tracks from the new Playboy album through NFT tokens. A total of 450 tokens will be available for sale.
Recall that Binance will launch its marketplace based on the Binance Smart Chain blockchain.
